Damien Symonds Posted April 25, 2017 Just to be safe, can you do this for me?
Jamey Brown Posted April 25, 2017 Yes, its happens when I do that too. Not as bad but still noticeable to my eye
Jamey Brown Posted April 25, 2017 I have a PC desktop running Windows 10 and Photoshop CC. It is over 2 years old, and has 8GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 116GB free out of 918GB. The last time I shut down was just before posting this thread. I run a cleanup program about once a week.
Damien Symonds Posted April 25, 2017 Can you check something for me? Under Edit>Preferences>General, what is your "Image Interpolation" set to?
Damien Symonds Posted April 25, 2017 Just now, Jamey Brown said: Its hard drive has 116GB free out of 918GB. This is well short of the 1/3rd free space that Brian recommends, but it's not dangerously small either, particularly since you restart regularly. I see no particular problem here. Just now, Jamey Brown said: Nearest Neighbor Bingo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It must be on Bicubic (best for smooth gradients).
Jamey Brown Posted April 25, 2017 Just uploaded the PSD you sent me back and don't see any of the jaggedness. Looks perfectly smooth.

Jamey Brown Posted April 25, 2017 I've said it before and I'll say it again, you are a freakin' genius. Changed mine to Bicubic and can rotate images with no problems what-so-ever!!! Thank you so much for taking so much time to help me figure this out!
Damien Symonds Posted April 25, 2017 I wonder why it changed? That's a funny ol' glitch, all right.
