How to fix this moire please

Can you please advise the best way to fix this moire?  it looks like there's two separate areas, and I wasn't sure how to tackle..

The only traditional moire I can see is in the top right corner, which I've circled in red.

But apart from that, there's a weird dark area which I've circled in green.

Does that correspond to what you're seeing too?

Ok, I think this will work ...

First add a dodge and burn layer.  Don't do anything on it for now.

Then add this Channel Mixer layer:

• R 0, +123, 0, 0
• G 0, +100, 0, 0
• B 0, +84, 0, 0

(Make sure you input the numbers in the EXACT order I've given them.)

Mask the CM layer to the whole lace area, or at least broadly to the troublesome parts.

Then return to the D&B layer and gently dodge the dark area to smooth it all out.
