Probably not, at least not for a long time.

Depending on your phone though, you can however make a shortcut icon that sits next to your other apps so that you can check in easily without having to open your Web browser and navigate to the site.

Just signed up .  Obviously all new so a bit confusing.  Am i right in thinking that you cannot write on other peoples questions like you could on facebook.  I am having a blond moment and confused about how to ask a question to begin with?

Correct, you can't reply to others post in the majority of subtopics. (There is a general discussion area where you can)

Posts also can't be deleted, but admins and team members can move your post where they need to be.

Did you see Lara's getting started guide yet? She explains how to use many of the forums features and I think it would be a good place for you to start. I'll grab you the link in a moment.

And now I have successfully merged your post to the post for general site navigation questions. :)

What are the warning points? I searched this site, but it came back with zero for any listing talking about warning points.

They're a function that came with the software, but we won't be using them.  This software is designed to be used for forums, and on forums people tend to go a bit crazy - you know, trolls and stuff.  But as this is a question-and-answer site, not a forum as such, we don't anticipate any such problems.

Bek, have you resized the image for web display?  (What are the pixel dimensions of the file you're trying to upload here?)  And what JPG quality level have you saved it at?  And finally, what is the file size in MB when you check the saved JPG in your Windows Explorer folder?

Hi Bek, I just tried to upload a 7.2MB jpg file and it worked ok.  Is it one of the accepted file types (gif, jpeg, jpg, jpe, png)?  Can you please post a screen shot of the error message you are getting?

Hi, is there guidance on posting and converting raw images to the forum - how to guide ....My Raw files are 42mb, not sure on photoshop, bridge settings to save this off to upload - in terms of size, type ect .

Second question sorry, if I wanted to create an online portfolio, again what are the recommended guidelines in image type, size ect.  Assuming depends on use ?

1. Family wants to print them out

2. Online viewing / reviewing / critique

3. Email and view

4. Generall viewing iPad, computer etc

Thanks

No, because it's exactly the same as you'd do for any other website.  There's nothing specific to this website.

Please post this question in the Output section.
