Fixing the shadow

The dad was sitting on the right side to support baby's head and arms, therefore, as you can see, it created the shadow (I normally place a reflector where the dad sat).  What is the best way to fix the right side of the shadow without adding the brush stroke (banding)? 

Also, to make both legs more even in position, how can I liquify without bending the blanket?

But I hasten to add that I don't think there's a problem.  I genuinely can't see what shadow you're talking about?

You can't, sorry.  You'd need to try to clone the blanket afterwards.
