Any photos at all, as long as they show a range of colour.

For a true black-and-white just use my action.  Otherwise, simple a Hue/Saturation layer with the Saturation slider dragged all the way to the left.

ok and I NEED TO DO IT?  PROBABLY LATER AT YOUR TEACHING YOU GONNA EXPLAIN..

I got the photos..

do I have to have same conditions as I do the photos....?

I put photos on the floor so I don't have them close to monitor

I would say the color one are quiet similar or bit orange tone  - but here Im not sure if its just the light from PC how you mentioned

but the black and white to dark and grey tone

Would you say that the screen is a bit warmer than the prints?

Or is it a bit cooler than the prints?

white luminance target I will put to 90, than I  print the photos again and compare...right?

Do I have to redone the photos from start?

Hang on, what?  You'd change the luminance target if the screen is too bright or too dark.  Is that the case?

For the screen's coolness, you change the white temperature.
