Interesting....

Several years ago I scanned a bunch of family slides.  A group from my MiL all had this purple cast to them.  Can anything be done to correct this?

PS v23.3 and Windows 10 and really, really new to Adobe products.

I'm a long time user of the Microsoft Touch Mouse, the one where the whole surface of the mouse can be used like a track ball.  In every other program swiping my finger across the mouse moves me around the screen like a trackball.  Holding the control key and scrolling up/down zooms in/out.  Except in PS, and it's driving me mental.  Is there a setting I can adjust, or even a plug-in to give me this functionality back?
