  1. Updated my Photoshop to version 25.12.0 and now the layers are showing with a paintbrush instead of a thumbnail and the layer masks have a square in the middle. Before and after photos attached. Please help me get back to the normal layers/layer masks - thank you
  2. Hello - I am using an iMac and using the datacolor spyder pro for calibration. The instructions say to match your test prints to the brightness of your monitor and adjust accordingly before starting the calibration process. Is this adjustment made using the brightness control on the keyboard or the display setting in preferences? Thank you
  3. Here is my MAC info…..you suggested I upgrade to Big Sur - however my Mac shows Ventura as the available upgrade. I have a Mac desktop running Catalina and Photoshop 23.5.4. It is over 2 years old, and has 16GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 979GB free out of 2TBGB. The last time I shut down was earlier today. I have never run a cleanup program. Thanks in advance for your help!
  4. Hello, for the last month or so my IMac is constantly crashing when I am working in Bridge 2022 and Photoshop 2022. I am running Catalina - have been afraid to update my operating system as I don’t want to lose my plugins, actions, etc. I contacted Apple and they said it is not my iMac - must be the programs. Have you heard of this problem before? If so, is there a fix? Thank you!
