Hello Brian,
I while back, I remember reading about how you can change the settings in the camera to see how the actual photo looks on the lcd screen/viewfinder after you have taken the shot and not the raw format. I can't remember how to do this as I got a new camera. I hope that makes sense. I have a canon mirrorless, thanks, Candice

I can't get anything larger to add to this mac, just another 16gb?

Thank you

Hi Brian,
I looked on crucial and they don't have memory anymore for an Imac (retina 5k, 27inch, late 2015). Is there a thread on where I can purchase and install. I have 2 slots open right now. Thank you, Candice

Thanks, it was. I unchecked it.

I figured it out, show transform controls was unchecked. Thanks

It's the same as above, I can't make it larger.

I use the marqee tool, then switch to the move to make it larger and can't. Sorry, I have too many things I'm doing at once.

Hello, I had to contact Adobe a few weeks ago and they updated my cc 2021. When I use the marquee tool and want to resize the ant lines are gone. Can you help me figure out how to get them back. Thanks, Candice

I do have clean my mac and am running the maintenance on it now. I will also look into the Raw Right away link. Thanks again, Candice

Hello, I'm on a mac and recently I can't view my CR2 thumbnails as photo. It only gives me the logo as a thumbnail. I am on Catalina and adobe is updated. Thank you, Candice

Hi Damien,
I am back on track with the RAW class. I was in an extensive search for my husband's birth father so I had to put this class on hold. Can you tell me where I can find the link again for the class, I would like to read everything from the beginning. Thank you, Candice Penna

I was opening in iphotos and it sucked them all it's own library when it upgraded to Sierra. It's fixed now and I'm uploading to a folder, thanks
-
I can open them from the sd card and the photos are the same

I was trying to do it that way, but no. I thought it was because of Sierra not working with Elements 14 but it doesn't work with CC either

Hello, I looked and didn't find this question listed. I have an IMAC and it upgraded to Sierra on it's own upon shutdown, not sure how it did that as I'm the only one who used it. I can't open any RAW photos at all with either elements 14 (my own) trial of 15 or trial of CC. It won't let me right click on any RAW to open them. I can open them in LR5 and then edit in Elements 14. Any ideas on a solution on how to fix this?
Neither Applecare or Adobe had a solution

Thank you, sorry I didn't respond right away, our router died and getting a new one is like pulling teeth with our internet provider.
