I know you're on facebook now, but I am not.  I have tired like crazy to get these two photos to line up and I just can't get it right.  I need the darker back ground and the lighter people. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have purchased a few different types of card readers in the past and they have all failed after a few months of use.  What card reader do you recommend?  Thanks for your help.
