Correction!  I have windows 7.

I've been having sporadic issues with the built in card reader on my XPS 8700.  Sometimes I can insert the card and no problem, reads the card just fine.  Other times it won't, no matter what I do. I have tried reinserting it numerous times, restarted the PC, shutdown and restarted the PC.  Won't work.  Try a few hours later, works fine.   I can put the sd card in the slot in my printer and it will read it every time.  I just purchased my PC in July or August.  I can't find any mention of this problem on Dells' website.  Operating system is Windows 8.1.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
