Yes, the sliders work manually if the brush panel is open.

It works properly when I use a regular brush shape, but when I use a specialty brush such as leaves or eyelashes it doesn't change the size.

When I am using a specialty brush, such as eyelashes, is there is shortcut to resizing and turning the brush? It's too hard to use the tool sliders because you can't see the brush change. It's just a guessing game.
