I don't remember Damien, I chose a very low number. 20-40 I guess.
Otherwise, these are from a d800e.

Thanks Damien.
I would like to begin taking still life pictures such as the ones in these links. And I do intend to print them going forward.
Are these digital backdrops and textures? Or could they be real physical ones? I ask because there is so much finesse in the completed product and the backdrops vary too!
Sorry these are generic links but I thought it would be easier to judge seeing a range of pictures by the same photographer.

The prints definitely have skin look more yellower. I've checked both with the curtains closed as well as opened up. Also, whites in my B/W prints look blown out.

I have had to move my desktop to a different room at home. I edit during the day and I should say this space has an ample amount of sunlight streaming in with pale yellow curtains. Should I change to darker heavier window coverings and update the lighting to something around 4000-4200k as Damien mentions?
I'd like to start out right. My previous attempt at calibrating led to prints that were too yellow. I will be calibrating with an Xrite, using a relatively new Dell monitor.
Removing furniture, how did I do with this edit?
