How odd! I just totally restarted my computer and it's back to normal 

Yes sorry, I should have taken a better photo but yes it is expanded properly

I've opened up my PS CC today to find that my little bin in the layers panel has completely disappeared. I've tried windows - workspace - reset workspace (photography) but it's not solved the problem. Please help!
