Here is a screen shot of a layer.  I used the select tool to select an area and then clicked on the area with a 100% white paint brush to show how it leaves a light gray.

Yes, when I get close to 100% covering, it begins to kind of flicker.  When I am using white it leaves the faintest gray.

I have photoshop elements 13.  When masking, I am unable to get a clean 100% mask.  It always leaves just a hint of the layer.  The same thing happens if I am correcting a mask with a white brush at 100%.  I am not able to completely uncover the mask.  Any ideas why this would be happening?

I have photoshop elements 13.  I would like to know if there is a way to create a custom crop of the 11x15 size with the 300 dpi all saved.  Right now I enter these numbers each time I am prepping a file to export for the client.  For large galleries it can take much longer than I would like.  I am wondering if I can create an action or if there is a way to have this custom size saved so I can just select it from the drop down menu of crop sizes.

The eye color is a little off but overall this is much better.

What should I do in levels?

And I haven't used the handyman in a long time.  I'll search for the tutorial.

Is there a way to use a levels layer to reduce the greenish haze on his glasses?
