I do not have a model release. Can I delete the photo after you'll see it?

Hi Damien, I'm trying to fix moire on a blue shirt and searched here what you suggested. A question: when I enter numbers you suggested, I need to enter them in only blue output channel, correct? I even saved as one photo, entered numbers you suggested and cannot get your result. I really need to fix one photo but I do not have a model release and cannot post here.
