I thought as much, this is what they have asked for.
Send us your artwork as a 300dpi, RGB .png file with a transparent background for best results.

Hi Damien and the Team,
I'm have lots of animal pictures that I have taken on a white background, like the ones attached. I would like to start a range in T-Shirts and Jumpers to do that I need to be able to send the file on a transparent background. What would be the most efficient way to do this.
As the image needs to go on to many different coloured garments I think I would need to lose the shadow as i imagine it would not look right, other than on the white t-shirts.
I hope that makes sense?

Yes they have said that they would need it as a PNG file with transparent background other wise the t-shirt will end up looking like the attached picture. Where as I would need just the animal and not the white square background.
