Hello! A client of mine printed off some of her photos and was extreamly disappointed with the outcome. They looked all grainy and very poor quality. She is disappointed to say the least. The printer is saying it is my fault because I sharpened the photos. Can you please take a look at one of the files for me and see what I am missing? I have never had a problem like this before. I will attached the final JPEG she received. Is it possible to send you the raw file? thank you for any help/suggestions! Katherine
