Overwrote my PSD file....can I get it back somewhere

I flattened my PSD file and forgot to change the "save" to JPEG.  Anyway to get the original file back?

Have you since closed this file?  If not, just hit undo until you get back to the unflattened file.

If you've already closed the file, I'm afraid you're out of luck.   Unless you happened to have continuous backup systems running and backing up your files, in which case you can try to retrieve an earlier version of the file in a backup?

I closed it.  No continuous back up running.   Lesson learned, slow down!  Thank you Christina.
