when I view my raw file it looks like the first picture when I open it in photoshop it looks like the second picture and when I save it as jpeg it looks like the third picture.  So do I need to calibrate is that why the colors look so different on each program? And how should I be saving my images after all my editing is done

Also, only ever judge a file's color in a color-managed program (e.g., any Adobe program).  The Windows picture viewer and other system programs are not color-managed.

But yes, fix your color space issue, and then look at the files in PS.  :)
