Help with calibrating my laptop

Hello, I have just started out in Photography and I recently noticed that the colour on my screen doesn't match my mobile device...someone then said I need to calibrate my screen on laptop!

I am an absolute novice...not techy at all so need some help on how to do this please, I have an Acer laptop, model, aspire E 15

Well, yes, you do need to calibrate your screen.  Start here with what calibrator to buy: http://www.damiensymonds.net/what2buy_cal.html
