  1. That’s what the tech guy told me, to upgrade the SSD as well. Perfect I will be doing that instead of building a PC it’s more cost effective than that 😭
  2. Hi! So, I Have a 2017 iMac with an 8gb RAM. I contacted a Computer shop and asked if it was possible to upgrade the ram and they said they could! My question is, if I upgrade that and the SSD would it help speed up PS and bridge?
  3. Incoming SS. This is what someone helped me come up with, but he is a gamer and doesn’t know if this will be exactly what I need. It’s well within my budget.
  4. Hi Brian, I’m here to pick your brain, if possible. I currently work on a MAC but I think it’s time I upgrade to something else. I’m considering building a PC. I want to be able to upgrade my RAM when ever I need to. Would you be able to guide me in the right direction? I have no idea where to begin but I’m tired of having a slow computer when I completely depend on PS.
  5. I have a Mac desktop running Monterey and Photoshop 2022. It is over 2 years old, and has 8GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 829.49GB free out of 1000GB. The last time I shut down was earlier today. I have never run a cleanup program.
  6. No it isn’t, but I’m truly just wondering what I can do to speed up photoshop.
  7. I’m not sure if there’s a possible solution to what I’m about to ask. Is there a way to save the temporary files when opened on PS to an external drive? If so will that Improve the speed? im not even sure if I’m wording that correctly…
