It's actually my new Lenovo Legion Pro 7i. That's the one I keep having the issues with. Thank you both for responding to my many questions. I will look for the post re which calibrator to purchase.

@Brian @Damien Symonds, well . . . . I thought that it was corrected. I am going to have to get a new calibrator. Those lines are gone! Thank goodness. However, the colors are not correct. What I see on that particular laptop when editing does not translate over to my other computer, my phone, my desktop, etc. I have a project that I need to complete and will do so on my macbook. Afterwards, I will dive back into my new laptop and see if I can figure out what is going on.

The Color Checker Display by X-rite

Are there display settings that should be disabled on that specific laptop for PS? I’m having some issues with seeing lines where there are none. Specifically on the highlights. They’re only visible on my laptop and nit when shared to another device or to FB. I have calibrated my screen and I still see it.
