The blown out areas were not intentional. I did a clean install of windows 11 and redownloaded my driver's and everything is working perfectly.

Hi, I built a new PC and something is not right... The picture below is what's going on in Lightroom, but when I open the image in Photoshop it's fine. I also had my screen glitch when I opened bios this morning which led me to believe it might be an issue with my GPU (AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT).
