First time posting since the F.B. move. Hope I'm within the guidelines. I was asked, last minute to "bring my camera" to a get-together for a head-shot (for a local theater audition). Did what I could and the mom insisted on paying me, so I want to give her the best image, given the situation. The first shot is SOOC (jpg - sorry :/) The second is adjusted (Camera Raw Filter; Auto White Balance, exposure, brightness). To me, the 2nd is better, but the 1st is warmer and preferred by a member of my family. How do you know what is "correct"? Is it all in the histogram or is it subjective? I do plan on taking Damien's classes. In line for the Raw class now. I will follow with the other classes. All kindly-delivered advice appreciated. (I'll take the mean stuff, too - I just won't appreciate it
