It worked! Phew! I did have to experiment though. Normally I save as a jpg 10 but that looked terrible still. So I saved as a 12 and it looks fine. Thank you!

Actually, it doesn't. It looks fine to me at 100% on my screen, but when I click on it here it enlarges and looks terrible again. I will try it on my website which won't enlarge it to see if it works out ok.

I apologize for not researching more thoroughly before posting. I didn't do the steps in the right order and I forgot about the duplicate smart object layer. It must be the size, because I was outputting for my website which requires 665px on the long edge. I think this looks much better. Thanks!

This dress is driving me nuts! I went back to RAW and made sure there was no sharpening. (the crop is SOOR) In my levels edit I applies a gaussian blur to the dress. I turned off the sharpening in my save for web action and I'm still getting a terrible result. I would love your help!

Hi Damien, I've read the tutorial and the other threads, but I'm still having trouble. The moire is visible in raw. I've made sure there is no sharpening in raw. I tried a channel mixer that I used on a previous image with moire, but the colors are wrong. I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

My question is a long the lines of the first post, with the exception that I am creating a 20x30 composite poster with an image as background, a baby picture smaller and blended in, and text. In the past, I opened a new document as a 20x30 and placed the embedded images and added text. Then output as a jpeg 10 or 8, but the PSD files were huge! Will it work just as well to open a new document as a 10x15 and for output crop as a 20x30? Thank you.
