Hello. I was just reading an article about moire. If we zoom in to 100% and the moire is gone, does that mean we dont have to do anything about it? Thats what i got from the article but not sure if i understood correctly?

Im trying to minimise the sun flare on these two faces. Ive been fiddling with levels but im not getting anything that looks decent. I have ps cc. Thanks

Is there a way I can remove the sun spots or at least minimize them from the faces and clothes? Id like to try and fix a few of the important pics from the day. I have attached one sooc pic.
