Okay, I can't delete this question. I figured it out. I searched all over Google and asked everybody I could before I posted here. As soon as I posted, I realized that I had a setting wrong. Of course that's how it always goes! Sorry!

I am unable to run image processor. I get this message, "There were no source files that could be opened by Photoshop." Any idea why? I used blogstomp first, and now I'm trying to sharpen for web in Photoshop. Thank you.

Thank you for all of your help. I'm not thrilled that I couldn't get my settings the way I want them. I get what you said about resolution size and how unnecessary it is. However, it is what I have. Hopefully Bridge, the two ROES programs I've tried thus far, Imagenomic, and anything that I haven't tried yet will eventually update! Thanks again!

I've been exploring my new laptop and I'm pretty bummed. Now Bridge is tiny too. My thumbnails are big, but you'll see their names and all other text is so small. I downloaded it a few days ago, and I did just double check. It does not have an update. Is this due to the same issue? What resolution do you suggest I set my monitor to?

Thank you for your answer. I sent Imagenomic the first screenshot. In their help section, there is only an option to include one screenshot. I chose the first one and explained what happens when I click to enlarge it. And really?!! We want a smaller resolution?! It makes sense to me if somebody is printing a bunch of 4x6s. Yes, that huge resolution is unnecessary. But how about the huge images that can be printed? I think the largest I've ever had printed of one of mine was 24x30. I know many people have had much larger prints made. But even 24x30 seems large and at that size, you'd see eyelashes, etc. For that size, especially, I would want to make sure everything is perfect before a print is created.

I also wrote to Imagenomic. After a number of back and forths since the middle of last week, this is what I got today. Does this make sense? Higher resolution is actually not good? huh? Also, since his reasoning on why the boxes are tiny makes sense, what do you recommend I set my resolution to? I am not hooking up another screen. "Your problem is caused by the high screen resolution as everything is now much smaller on your screen due to the greater number of pixels packed in a smaller area.There isn't anything we can do about it at this time. We are working on larger screen output but are waiting on a bit of stability in Windows and Mac before we commit.Your only options are to hook a smaller resolution screen up to your system and run Portraiture from that or reduce the native screen resolution which defeats the purpose of higher resolution to start with.In all reality the higher resolution screens are actually worse for editing as they pack too much in a small area and there is no detail gain in the real world output."

I just got a new laptop, an Asus Zenbook, and I'm having a hard time with my display. Please see the screenshot, but when I try to use to Portraiture, the screen comes up very small. Does anybody know what settings can be adjusted so that I can see what I'm doing? If I try to make the display bigger by clicking on the square in the corner, it looks like the second screen shot. Thank you. I have a PC laptop running Windows 10 and Photoshop cc. It is less than 1 month old, and has 16GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 390GB free out of 476GB. The last time I shut down was just before posting this thread. I have never run a cleanup program.
