  1. aww yes it's soft at 100%. I remember now you saying that before. Not sure why it would be soft if shot on a tripod at 500 iso 320 speed and 5 aperture. Any thoughts on that? Nothing in the photo is sharp...
  2. I edited two photos in photoshop and they look soft in all my applications except photoshop where I edited it. Will my prints look like what I see in photoshop? not sure if you can tell from the screen shots. Any suggestions?
  3. Hi when I am editing and syncing files in ACR it doesn't let me step back more than once. is there a function I can change? I know I had to do that in photoshop years ago. Sometimes what I apply only works for some images and I don't want to reset the whole image, just a couple steps. Thanks!
  4. Thank you.ok I followed your instructions and it looks much more normal. My prints are darker and a tiny bit orangier but really close otherwise.

  6. Hi, I edited these photos and the one with the mom and baby I was told was too cool but it looks greeny yellow to me now. I calibrated my monitor for the first time and now everything looks greeny yellow. The family photo is more yellow. Is my calibration off or do these look yellow and not cool?
  7. Hi Damien, When you are cloning, painting or anything similar I've seen in tutorials photographers pressing a key to make the painted area red so they can see if they missed any spots. What is the key to make this happen? Thanks, Sherri
  8. Hi Damien, I am in search of a new print lab and though I have found a few options, some require you to use their own colour profiles for printing. There are different profiles for different papers. So do I change my colour profile on the same image each time a client orders on a different kind of paper, do I keep the standard SRGB or do I re-edit the photo with each paper order?
