My colour space should be Adobe RGB, we (you and I) checked my monitor, and you said yourself I was one of the exceptions.

Because of lack of time. I have opened a big studio 6 weeks ago and I just don't have the time to do the retouching anymore. I spend all days retouching in stead of earning money to pay for the lease of my studio. So I have been looking for retouchers to do all my work. So far I waisted so much time finding a good retoucher. They all say they can do it and then they can't. I ask if they can do clean raw processing, calibrated monitor etc etc but so far I havent found someone. So it is doing my head in and I have begged my husband to start to learn photoshop and do you courses so he can be my retoucher. So if you know someone, please let me know!

Client had spray tan so her hands were very white compared to her arms. How do I get the hands the same colour, or a little lighter as her arms just not as big of a contrast?

Hi, I wonder what the best way is to back up my photos. How it is now: I have 1 PC with C + D drive, both sync to my NAS (Synology rate 5, DS411+II). The C drive is in rate and I thought the D too, but that has changed apparently..., the D drive crashed this week and I found out that the software didn't sync to my NAS, so I lost all my work photos from the last 7 years. This is awful because I thought I had it all in order. If you know of somebody who can help retrieve data too? Since 1 year I have a shop where I work from my macbook Pro. I now have photos there in LR too. Now I want a second NAS at a different location in case my first NAS gets stolen. Is there a better way than just a NAS as second backup? (in the cloud is too slow for here). And what is the best way to sync/backup files? I now have it that when I delete files at point A, it deletes it everywhere, my husband says that is the wrong way, that this is not a save backup. Also, I'm finally into the RAW class, but don't have time now to do this whole course before I can sort out how to work/archive without LR. I don't know raw and wonder what to do now, because I just don't know what to do anymore. Thank you.

I want to make a banner from different images for under a letter. I've created an a4 size document in PS so I can see the scale, I'll crop the white away later on when i'm finished. But how can I make all these images the same size? I've been using the scale function but it's very hard to get them all the same size. Plus now they are too big, and I have to start all over again. Because I don't know how big they need to be, I can't export all these images in a certain size and then add them to the banner. Maybe that is the only way, maybe not . Thanks!
