    My computer will open the file in one of the picture programs (Photo Gallery) But when i open lightroom or photoshop it says the file is either corrupt or not supported. I believe I had to download some type of converter??

    My computer reset and I can't remember what it was that I had to download in order for my computer to accept RAW images- currently they do not pop up automatically either in lightroom or photoshop. Any help is greatly apprectiated- Since this has happened I have been using the dreaded JPEG images to edit.
