Is there any good way to make the stomach on grandma (the lady in white) a little flatter?

I am not in the skin class any more...but I am having an issue with the action. When I select the last layer..the optional color step layer skin tone level it turns my subject green (like a pale mask). I have no idea how to fix this. Any suggestion would be great. Thanks, Amy

Would you do the "paint some skin on" method or do you have a better way to correct the harsh light on the faces. The paint skin method wasn't working too good for me. Thanks!
