I emailed a photo to a family member at 4.4 MB and they received it as 4.05 MB. Will this make a significant difference when she prints it?

Both. My "clients" are friends/family and free -
If I save a psd to a jpeg without cropping and resizing, how does that effect the outcome when printing in comparison to cropping to 11in x 15in? If I like the image as is, cropping takes away some of the image I intended on having in the photo.
