Ok, so before I do what they've asked, I want to know your opinion. In order to try and fix this I have to delete all the old stuff from my Spyder, including my old profiles. Right now, I can revert to an old profile, which matches my prints, and at least edit. I am in the middle of editing a wedding. If this doesn't work, I will have to recalibrate with a new calibrator. My brightness may or may not match my previous target, I can't confirm without the calibration. - but I matched my prints as close as possible. So long story short, would you finish the wedding and then figure out the calibrator?

February. They emailed me some things to try, so I will try it out tomorrow and see

Well. Damn. That's my fear too. I haven't heard back from Datacolor yet, so there is still a teeny bit of hope... just in case....good sales on the spyder5?

It doesn't stop midway for brightness, and at the end, when I hit save it reverts to the original Mac calibration - very blue. I contacted Datacolor.

No. I downloaded Bridge CC. But then I found out I in fact did not sync camera times....sigh...

Upgraded. Maybe shouldn't have....now my Spyder 4 pro isn't working like it did. Are they not compatible? My Macbook is 3 yrs old

I have images from a wedding, taken on two cameras. I need to sort them according to time taken. I made sure the time was synced on the cameras before I took any photos, but I am unsure how to sort them according to this info. Is there an easy way to do this?

I know there is a simple solution to this. I want to extend the black background below baby, and possibly on the sides, so she is smaller in the frame. I was thinking I would have to place it on a new document and stretch the sides maybe? Not sure if this is the correct method though. Photo has only raw edits done

Is it necessary to get new test prints every once in awhile? I haven't changed labs, but my test prints are from 2012... They still match though.
