Lauren Channells

Hi I have a customer that is trying to print her images. It is telling her the resolution is too low. File details 2.54MB - 2929x1953 - 300ppi. I usually shoot in RAW but I am thinking I may have accidently bumped my screen and changed the file to SRaw or MRaw maybe (Im not familiar with them so not sure). My RAW photo size is 11.65mb - 3360x2240. This is smaller than my previous sessions. Have I stuffed this up somehow? :(

Hi I have exported some files accidently at 72 pixles per inch. The file size is 4944 × 3296. How big could I print this? Does the 72 matter? Thanks Lauren

Ok so I'll ask them. Can I change my edited pics or start again? There r only 6 so not a big deal

Thanks D. I was a bit weary of even changing the settings at all. But she is going for an industry award and she needs to provide prints and digital. Digital needs to be in cmyk and under 5mb. Apparantly she gets disqualified if they aren't right.

Hi i have done photos for a salon and edited them in srgb as per usual. she is telling me now that they need to be in cmyk and printed as A4 size. can i change the already edited images to cmyk? as for the printing. i have no clue as to where would print a photo a4 size. Thanks Lauren
