I'm thinking I just need the real photoshop.
Side note: I was printing the photo for a contest and was shocked to see banding. So I was trying to fix it in under 24 hours. I ended up adding noise at 4%, clicked on Gaussian radio button and checked monochromatic. It made the 8x10 enlargement passable for the contest. I ended up getting 1st place. I'm still going to do the whole thing again in photoshop though bc it still needs to be a better quality.
