Yes that is low quality …...this one is from the jpeg file that l gave them to print......l have the usb that l gave them so l will check that to see if l did save it at low quality, but pretty sure l didn't.

Hi my client has come back to me with a photo which she had printed 30" x 20" and one person out of the whole group in the photo has come out pixelated.....l have attached the photo which l did get sharpening advice on but l cannot find it in content l started seems to be gone. Have you any idea as to why this would happen and how do l correct it, she has told me that when it is corrected she wants to print bigger. l have also attached a photo that she has sent me from her phone of the person that is pixelated.

Well l think l can scrape that up this week.....thankyou.....will join now....

Hi Damien, l started all over again as wasn't happy with it at all.....so l am hoping that this is much better. Also is the baby's colour okay..? I also lightened the background a ittle... First pic is the previous one l did, second pic is the redone one.....Am l able to show client yet or still room for improvement
