Hi Damo! I was wondering if there's a way to make it so that I can run your B&W action, have it pause to allow me to choose which layers to use and then save as "Filename B&W" or something to that effect and close.

No.... I wasn't. I was in a mad dash to get them done after the computer was just reformatted. I got Bridge set up and everything now and when I open from there, they open properly. Thanks! Sorry for wasting your time.

I just upgraded to CC and I can't find a way to bring back the ability to bring up multiple images in ACR for batch editing. When I open multiple files, it opens each individually and I have to close one to advance to the next. Is there a setting that I can change?

It's also not giving me an edit option, so I'll just stare at that typo I made while my eye twitches.

You must have just walked me through it. You're a kind soul. I'm going to use your Sypder4Pro instructions and see how it goes. They seem to be similar.

Eeeeep! I thought I didn't have access to the e-mail account I used to register the first time, but I have it set up to forward apparently, so I got my activation code. Back in business.

I guess that's a good answer for a stupid question. >_< I found the software and drivers online. They aren't listed on the main page but when I specifically searched, they were available. Now I don't have my activation code, so I'm waiting for help from the Data Color support team. I also realized I have the Elite, not the pro, which I remember being a slightly better device? I'll come back with questions if I ever get it installed and activated!

Is it feasible to continue to use my Spyder 3 Pro to calibrate? I just bought two new IPS monitors and was excited that they should be easier to calibrate, (as Damien and I had a hell of a time with my previous Samsung) but after checking Spyder's website for the drivers it appears that they don't list them for the Spyder 3 Pro. I know it's rather dated but I also photograph strictly as a hobby, so purchasing a new one isn't a business investment so much as an unexpected expense.

Thank you!! (I know. I'm sure I will soon. I've taken the RAW class and the Levels class. I renewed my subscription to the Levels class months and months ago and haven't asked a single question so I'm a touch gun shy. Haha.)

Is there a way to revert the controls/sliders in ACR back to the previous set up? I was very confident in the previous version of ACR and now that I have Photoshop CC, I have no idea what I'm doing.
