Well actually I don’t know if it was windows. I’m not finding anything that says windows updated. But something happened and everything looks different. All my documents, downloads, pictures etc. have vanished ?‍♀️ I have no idea what’s happened. It’s possible that I’m losing my mind. lol

I just opened my laptop and somehow windows update without me knowing. It deleted everything and continues to delete everything. Is there anyway this can be undone? ?

Hi Brian. Sorry for the delay. I was waiting for a notification in my email for your reply. Lol Wverytving is working now and I ran Glary on it. So far so good. So I’m not sure what the problem was. If it happens again I’ll give that a try. Thank you so much for your response.

Hello Brian. I hope I made it to the right place. My laptop has essentially stopped working. I don’t know what happened. I can’t click on anything. The curser has the little spinny circle while hovering in certain places. Shutting down doesn’t help, it just does the same thing every time I reboot. I’m kinda freaking out. Any ideas what I might’ve done or what I can do to fix it?
