I just got this error when I uploaded some pictures from my SD card. It allowed me to work on them but there is no option to open into Photoshop. How do I fix it? Thank you in advance! Lisa

I watched and I liked, will be giving that a try.....I can pick what I want off the card easily!! Thank you! I will reset my preferences as well though

Previously downloader would automatically start obtaining images when I would insert an SD card. For the last couple of weeks I get a System Error telling me 'The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem'. I may be assuming this error box is coming from Bridge but even so once Bridge is open, when I go to File to make it get images the program stops working and shuts off. It will let me copy and paste them from the card into Bridge but won't download. So, I need to go download Bridge again right? Will photos I already have downloaded in bridge still be there? And why would that all of a sudden be missing and not working?! Thanks for your help, so glad to have you here!
