  2. Hi , My computer (Dell had an update today and it has left my images in Adobe cs6 looking de saturated ( both jpegs in srgb and camera raw) I have a n image attached of what I have found are the monitor settings, should these be changed ? or is something wrong with my adobe settings ( this did not update ) I am at a loss and would appreciate any help
  3. I have used the clean up program , taken files off drives and recalibrated .. I am at a loss. Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling photoshop?
  4. unfortunatly no difference to how it looks in photoshop .. but will keep clearing out my drives.
  5. Hopefully this image is better : but basically when I open in camera raw it says RGB 1998 both in camera raw and photoshop BUT when opening from lightroom it says SRGB at bottom left. Should they all be saying SRGB?
  6. I just noticed that opening from camera raw the lefthand cnr says rgb1998? while opening from lightroom is SRGB could this be a clue as to the problem?
  7. C drive is just my programs working and super desky hold photos etc . I use firefox as my browser and that looks fine. I will run Glary now and see if that has an effect.
  8. I have a PC desktop running windows 10 and Photoshop cs6. It is over 2 years old, and has 16GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 48GB free out of 118GB. The last time I shut down was just before posting this thread. I rarely run a cleanup program.
  9. Hi , I switched my computer on today to find that lightroom and Photoshop are looking very different from each other ( photoshop showing very magenta) . I can see in the right hand cnr of Photoshop that the image is in SRGB and also that it is set to north america general purpose 2 and when I go into lightroom and check external editing preferences it also says SRGB. Do you have any ideas for what to check that I may have accidentally changed. I very much appreciate your help Kind Regards Priscilla
