  1. TBH I think this is the first time I have ever analysed it to this extent and not you the easy option. I have tried to compensate for the dark prints by adjusting my screen to 80cd/m2, am I going in the right direction, the screen seems suitably lower-lit now?! TBH I think this is the first time I have ever analysed it to this extent and not *using* the easy option
  2. I have done it, but to have achieved this my screen is back to bright and it looks far better than my prints. Better shadow detail, saturation, contrast looks good.. But my prints are dull, flat and lifeless. How do I match the 2?
  3. Ok I have completetly restarted the process and raised my RGB vales right up I am getting there slowly.
  4. Hi, I have a HPLP2475W lcd screen and an i12display calibrator both around 7 years old. My problem is my screen and prints are miles out, the prints are dark, lacking, luminance, contrast.. FLAT.. I have followed your calibrating instructions to the T, but no matter how much I try I can't achieve accurate White point. The RGB sliders I can only get close to the white balance in numbers 6400k actual 6500K but the sliders are never all in the central green zone. So I proceeded based on getting the numbers as close as possible. Is that good enough? Then onto Luminance, I have tried in both settings 100 & 120cd/m2 and I cant get my luminance up beyond 12, when raising the brightness and obviously tweaking the RGB numbers higher and higher.. I am stuck, could you shed any light or luminance my way?! TIA, Emma
