Hi,
I have a HPLP2475W lcd screen and an i12display calibrator both around 7 years old. My problem is my screen and prints are miles out, the prints are dark, lacking, luminance, contrast.. FLAT..
I have followed your calibrating instructions to the T, but no matter how much I try I can't achieve accurate White point. The RGB sliders I can only get close to the white balance in numbers 6400k actual 6500K but the sliders are never all in the central green zone. So I proceeded based on getting the numbers as close as possible. Is that good enough?
Then onto Luminance, I have tried in both settings 100 & 120cd/m2 and I cant get my luminance up beyond 12, when raising the brightness and obviously tweaking the RGB numbers higher and higher..
I am stuck, could you shed any light or luminance my way?!
TIA, Emma
