Does this one look more natural?

Did i push the d&b too much? I tend to do that and it can really transform dimension. hope this looks okay. Or should I dial it back a bit to to make it look more natural?

That is not the 100% crop because I wanted you to see the full neck with the body.

My client asked me to fix/lesson her neck to appear not so roll-y. Is it possible?

I saw a post that asked how to fix frizz on a plain background however, I didn't see a solution. So I will try. When I try to clean up the frizz around the edges she begins to look cutout. Any advice?
