  1. I think I have finally got them to match pretty well. THANK YOU! The only thing I am having issues with now is getting my display profile to stay the same. I used to have the Display Profile, but I can't seem to find the link anywhere to download it. I originally downloaded it from a old Facebook file of yours.
  2. It is at 83 now and I think it could be a tad brighter. And yes the screen is full once it starts.
  3. I forgot to attach this and I calibrated at 90 instead of 100 and I think it was 83, if I went any brighter it was way too off.
  4. I will add my screen seems to be a bit cool when I compare another print that shows more of the sky. I am wondering if this could be the problem when I calibrate (see attached photo) the area where I am supposed to place the color munki is unusually small.
  5. OK- I calibrated again this morning. My prints are a tad darker and the yellows are more orange, but there isn't as big as a difference as before, so that is good. Will I not be able to get them to match perfectly since I am using a laptop?
  6. Yes I am comparing prints to Photoshop. I will calibrate again in the morning and see if it gets better.
  7. So I know you aren't for macs, but I spent almost the same amount on this laptop as I would have a macbook, should I look into getting one? What are your suggestions? I have thought about returning this laptop because of this issue. I have a 5 year old HP I had been using, but my monitor was going out...I never had these issues with that laptop.
  8. That really does suck because I calibrated in "vibrant (full) and its super saturated and awful looking.
  9. I am sorry about that. Here is Facebook and Photoshop. They look the same, so it must be the Windows Viewer that is different. Why is that?
  10. Here is one more screenshot of another image I edited and saved in PS and viewed. The coloring is different and also saved a sRGB.
  11. I have also noticed that the images I have saved look different from the ones I have uploaded to FB. They are saved as sRGB.
  12. I calibrated yesterday and the monitor is still over saturated. I have done some reading about this laptop and it seems somewhat common, which isn't good for photo editing. I am wondering which "dell premier color" I should be set to? Do you know if that would make a difference if I changed that setting and then calibrated again?
  13. Yes it is the Display. Thank you Damien I will use your instructions.
  14. I have a color munki that I use with my previous laptop and I am wondering if I can use it with my new Dell XPS laptop with a 4k monitor?
