Updating gpu driver worked. Scrubby zoom active!! Yay!

Running updates now. All these terms are new to me. Hoping it works. And yes "car" was suppose to be acr! Lol

ok, new to ps so the scrubby zoom is new to me. however i have come to like it. it worked fine but tonight it is only working in car only. not ps. its greyed out in ps. i can not figure out what happened. i have tried restarting ps also but nothing has helped. what did i do?
