Question about pop up box when in Bridge

I have a PC laptop running Windows 10 and Photoshop cc. It is under 6 months old, and has 16GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 306GB free out of 433GB. The last time I shut down was earlier today. I rarely run a cleanup program.

What is this?  Should I be setting up a regular schedule for this?
