Fixing a photo where flash did not fire

Hi I recently shot an event and grabbed this shot of an award recipient but my speedlight did not fire, is there a way to save and repair the photo for use?  It will most likely only go in newsletters,websites, not need to be blown up I do not assume.  Here is a sooc photo. Shot with 70-200 at 3.5 1/180

Did you shoot this in raw?  Can you do your raw processing on it and see if there's any detail whatsoever in the silhouettes of the award recipient and the person she's hugging?
