OS upgrade & PS CC upgrade

I'm currently running High Sierra on an iMac late 2015, 3.3 GHz Intel Core i7, 16GB machine. At the moment I'm using PS 20.0.6 version. Should I upgrade to the latest OS and PS version or what are your recommendations?
