Email Error

I have an issue sending E-Mails through lightroom.. I've looked up forums online and I just can't figure it out. Im hoping I can get some help here?! 

This is the error I get: 

Failed to establish connection with the outgoing email server. Please make sure you have entered the email account and password correctly.

I forgot to mention that I've double checked my email password, and the information is all correct, and I am able to log in to my email just fine

thanks for responding! I used to send emails out successfully via Lightroom. I haven't sent anything out in months, and now I can't for some reason.

Has anything else changed in the interim?  Upgrading your Mac OS (which OS are you running right now, by the way?), upgrades to your LR, etc.?
