Aaron Fortin Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 I've decided that I want to get a 32" monitor for my new computer setup, and I think I have it narrowed down to 3. Which would you choose? https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1699555-REG/dell_u3223qe_32_4k_60hz_led.html https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1771318-REG/asus_pa329crv_32_4k_hdr_uhd.html https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1771318-REG/asus_pa329crv_32_4k_hdr_uhd.html I know everyone seems to love the Dells.... but I got horrible light bleed on my previous 27" Ultrasharp after 3 years, which makes me a bit hesitant. Online reviews say the antiglare on the Asus is a bit better.
Aaron Fortin Posted December 28, 2023 Author Posted December 28, 2023 This is what my current Dell looks like a long the entire right edge.

While the default is for us to recommend Dells, as they tend to be easy to obtain and calibrate, I can confirm the quality isn't as it once was. That said, practically everything across the board isn't as it once was...it's all JUNK, "Made in China." 4 hours ago, Aaron Fortin said: Which would you choose? Any of those is fine. I would, however, use a DisplayPort connection if you have that option. DisplayPort seems to work better with 4K Displays. (Though a HDMI connection will do it, I just find Display Port does it better to my eyes. YMMV.) I also like the fact that the Dell has WAY more reviews than the Asus ones. So I'm still leaning towards the Dell. 1
