New GPU issue or Lightroom issue

Hi, I built a new PC and something is not right... The picture below is what's going on in Lightroom, but when I open the image in Photoshop it's fine. I also had my screen glitch when I opened bios this morning which led me to believe it might be an issue with my GPU (AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT). Driver's have been updated and I ran a benchmark on the GPU and everything seems in order.
